With 22 years of experience in event management, Zoltan has navigated numerous crises and challenges common in the industry. To overcome these difficulties, he developed the event-flow visualization method to simplify the daily work of event organizers. His most well-known production is the Street Musicians’ Competition in Eger.

Zoltan has spent 25 years in leadership roles, 15 of which were in the banking sector, where he built strong relationships with economic and governmental stakeholders. He has worked as a system architect for credit management and customer registry systems and has also served as an interim marketing and communications manager at a utility company.
